I have designed gardens for individuals that connect their personality, well-being and needs with their surroundings and focus on what I have branded Micro-Botanical Gardens; gardens that tell a story.

Micro-Botanical Gardens
Applications for MBG’s can range from commercial (such as a company illustrating the botanical sources it uses), institutional, municipal, community (such as Work, Play, Stay developments) or personal. Each can provide a powerful use of the space adding a wide list of benefits in each situation. With a Micro-Botanical Garden (MBG) specific stories are told through their plants. The story can be developed around the needs and interests of the individual or groups who want to implement the MBG.

The basis of my consulting methods revolves around a holistic approach. In collaboration with Teri Haggerty of Haggerty Consulting we have developed a model to move organzations into a leading edge approach to developing organizations as a whole. Looking at how that organization fits into a global outlook as well as how to help each level of an organization (management, employees and volunteers) work effectively to achieve their mission.
